A design studio, built from scratch with the sole purpose of creating and recreating brands and logos, specialized in rebranding campaigns. Located on the 7th floor of the Mota Galiza Tower in office number 7, it´s within these 70 square meters, the studio designs all communication materials for its clients daily.

The studio finds inspiration in manual drawing and relies on geometry as a guiding principle to reach creative solutions. The key to their success lies in integrated communication, both online and offline.

Ricardo Daniel

PORTO, 1978
Graduated in Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Porto, with postgraduate degrees in Branding and Communication, and Digital Marketing from IPAM.

A Graphic Design Studio based in Porto, Portugal, specialized in branding, rebranding, logotypes and corporate identity.

In 2016, he established the Ricardo Daniel studio in downtown Porto. By 2018, the studio expanded to Milan, while also opening a new space near Galiza Square. In 2019, he won two Lusophone design awards in the categories of logo and communication materials. One of his brands was also published in the book Responsive Logos.

In 2020, he shifted his focus to the digital world, reconnecting with one of his oldest passions: the automotive universe. It started with the communication for two editions of Caetano Car Market and has since worked with MCoutinho and Soc. Com C.Santos. In the healthcare industry, he won a Lusophone design award in the mobile category for the Coeso project.

In recent years, his studio has worked with brands such as Douro Azul, the Bar Association, Porto Business School, ISAG, ITAU Group, Portuguese Society of Ophthalmology, Novartis Farma, Hospital de São João, among others.

While he enjoys creating brands and products from scratch, he has increasingly worked on rebranding projects, particularly for brands with over 40 years of history.

His challenge is to materialize each client's vision and communicate it in the best possible way.

At the end of the day, he believes that in Design, the pursuit of beauty is only worthwhile when the end result is functional.
